What you will do

• Administer and maintain UKG Pro (Core HR and Workforce Management), including security roles and business rules.
• Manage system transactions for hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation updates.
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports using BI and People Analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
• Perform ongoing data audits and validation to ensure high data integrity across the global organization.
• Lead HRIS-related projects to streamline workflows and implement system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and documentation to users to facilitate system adoption.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS.
• UKG Pro experience is required.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting/analytics (BI/People Analytics).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of requests effectively.
