TL;DR

HR Generalist & HRIS Analyst (HR Operations): Managing day-to-day HR generalist tasks and leading the implementation and optimization of the Darwinbox HRIS platform with an accent on data integrity and process automation. Focus on streamlining employee lifecycle changes, enhancing HR reporting, and ensuring multi-state legal compliance.

Location: Hybrid (Waltham, MA). Must be based in and able to work 4 days a week from the Waltham, MA office. Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 2/3 HR support to employees and managers across multiple business units.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Partner with HRBPs on employee relations, performance management, and talent review processes.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Darwinbox HRIS platform.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage system integrations with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Develop HR dashboards and produce analytics related to headcount, turnover, and demographics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist or HRIS-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platform configuration, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and building workforce metrics dashboards.
  • Must be able to work from the Waltham, MA office 4 days per week.
