Location: Dublin, Ireland (Onsite). Must be available to overlap with US working hours (start time 11am–12pm).

What you will do

• Serve as the primary support resource for UKG Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
• Maintain foundational system setups including business rules, workflows, and role-based security.
• Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure system alignment with global business needs.
• Review and test monthly/quarterly UKG release updates to ensure system stability.
• Provide training and guidance to HR and business partners to maximize system functionality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HCM required).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, U.S. employment practices, and payroll fundamentals.
• Experience with workflow configuration, system audits, and role-based security management.
• Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience supporting integrations via API, SFTP, or vendor feeds.
• Must be able to work a schedule that overlaps with US hours (start time 11am–12pm).

Nice to have

• UKG Pro certifications or completion of UKG training modules.
• Exposure to project management or HR system implementation cycles.
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, or Talent modules.
