What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations and maintenance, across assigned European markets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between field technicians, customers, and internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Manage service requests and work orders to ensure the timely completion of field operations.
  • Track and report on service KPIs, SLAs, and overall field performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with third-party service partners and subcontractors to maintain service quality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, or a related technical operations role.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and proficiency with service management platforms.
  • Must be based in Europe (location-flexible).
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily professional duties.

Nice to have

  • Professional-level proficiency in French.
  • Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, or IoT sectors.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical, logistics, or business-related field.
