• Coordinate end-to-end migration activities including planning, execution, and cutover.
• Support project plan management and advanced progress tracking.
• Align technical teams, business units, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare reporting and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support go-live and post-migration phases.

Требования

• Freelance contract only.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator in IT.
• Familiarity with migration projects (cloud, data, infrastructure, or applications).
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like Jira, MS Project, and Excel.
• English: C1 required.
• Italian: C1 required.
