What you will do

• Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership to align objectives and priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives with complex interdependencies across regions.
• Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Facilitate Agile workshops to capture and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize complex business processes via in-depth mapping and gap analysis.
• Oversee technical and functional documentation, quality assurance, and project risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, or consultant.
• Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Microsoft Loop, or Microsoft Planner.
• Ability to participate in in-person interviews at the office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a consulting or auditing firm.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
• Familiarity with AI tools for project management.
