What you will do

• Manage client IP portfolios, ensuring accurate processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
• Execute new case entries, data imports, and updates within the TOPSIE system.
• Maintain client relationships via email and calls, providing professional suggestions and solutions to inquiries.
• Monitor critical deadlines and perform precise docketing to maintain global IP standards.
• Promote IPL services to existing clients to enhance portfolio management.

Requirements

• Educational background in IP (e.g., Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
• Solid professional experience in intellectual property management.
• Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience with patent management software.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Availability to travel and work from different locations when required.
