What you will do

• Design, coordinate, and administer global compliance and ethics (C&E) programs and policies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding compliance risks, emerging trends, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and supervise corporate investigations into policy violations, fraud, ABAC, and AML.
• Develop and execute global ethics training and awareness initiatives within the assigned region.
• Oversee and develop C&E Managers, Senior Managers, and Leads.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, HR, Internal Audit, and Finance to drive a culture of integrity and respect.

Requirements

• Solid experience in legal and compliance, specifically in designing C&E programs or conducting white-collar investigations.
• Proven background working within a multinational corporation or a major law/accounting firm.
• Experience managing international operations.
• English: C1 proficiency required for business communication and public speaking.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Deep legal technical knowledge in conducting internal investigations.
