What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret Chinese medical device regulatory updates, including NMPA regulations and national standards.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on the company’s product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement China-specific regulatory intelligence strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams (R&D, RA, QA, Marketing).
• Maintain a regulatory intelligence repository and conduct internal training sessions.
• Liaise with Chinese regulatory authorities and industry associations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Over 15 years of total professional experience, with at least 10 years specifically in the medical industry.
• Good English communication skills.

• Previous experience working within Regulatory Affairs (RA) or government agencies.
