What you will do

• Monitor and track production performance indicators to analyze trends and identify root causes of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering, manufacturing, safety, and logistics) to implement process improvements.
• Implement and audit best practices to drive performance improvement through KPI monitoring.
• Support production excellence and continuous improvement initiatives led by operational teams.
• Develop and plan SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing systems, Control Plan, and FMEA.
• Experience with SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies).
• English: Intermediate to advanced level required to participate in meetings with North America.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
