What you will do

• Conduct onsite audits and risk assessments for new and current suppliers to ensure stable manufacturing processes.
• Identify critical risk suppliers and implement get-well plans to improve performance metrics.
• Establish robust material qualification processes including PPAP for new materials and engineering changes.
• Support procurement strategy through category management to build a capable supply base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement actions and monitor supplier scorecards.
• Provide early involvement in new product development and review supplier-related engineering changes.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Development.
• Proficiency in ISO, IATF 16949, and core tools including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
• Mandatory knowledge of VDA 6.3 auditing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Office skills.
