What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of hourly maintenance employees.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Program and optimize automation systems including PLC, HMI, and industrial robotics.
• Manage and improve industrial networks and control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to maintain production continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1.5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial robotics (Fanuc).
• Intermediate English level (conversational and technical reading).
• Ability to work a rotating 4x3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in Mexico (no immigration sponsorship provided).
