What you will do

• Develop and stabilize plastic welding process technologies in accordance with SEP guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process data acquisition, mind maps, and validation plans.
• Perform risk analysis, feasibility studies, and define process requirements and parameters for new lamination technologies.
• Collaborate with global working groups across Germany, Rumania, China, and the Americas.
• Design product and process specifications, including test and validation procedures.
• Drive maturity increase activities for plastic welding projects within the North America region.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in plastic welding.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and troubleshooting tools.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
