Compensation: $320,000–$400,000 USD (Tier 1 market base salary).

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and CBO, pressure-testing decisions and accelerating alignment.
• Own high-stakes communications including board materials and company-wide messaging.
• Lead major cross-departmental initiatives from problem definition through outcome delivery.
• Shape enterprise-level strategy regarding market expansion and organizational design.
• Manage the rhythm of the Executive Office to ensure clarity, speed, and follow-through on key commitments.
• Oversee the health, performance, and career development of the Strategy & Operations team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, senior S&O, Biz Ops, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Must be NYC-based or willing to relocate to work from the Union Square office 3+ days per week.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional ability to influence leadership and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Demonstrated AI fluency for accelerating analysis and improving team workflows.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and commercial judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or payments.
• Familiarity with the operating rhythms of a late-stage growth company.
