Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Leading enterprise strategy, operating models, and high-stakes cross-functional initiatives with an accent on executive partnership and organizational scaling. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site).
Compensation: $320,000–$400,000 USD (Tier 1 market base salary).

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and CBO, pressure-testing decisions and accelerating alignment.
- Own high-stakes communications including board materials and company-wide messaging.
- Lead major cross-departmental initiatives from problem definition through outcome delivery.
- Shape enterprise-level strategy regarding market expansion and organizational design.
- Manage the rhythm of the Executive Office to ensure clarity, speed, and follow-through on key commitments.
- Oversee the health, performance, and career development of the Strategy & Operations team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, senior S&O, Biz Ops, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Must be NYC-based or willing to relocate to work from the Union Square office 3+ days per week.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional ability to influence leadership and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Demonstrated AI fluency for accelerating analysis and improving team workflows.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and commercial judgment.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or payments.
- Familiarity with the operating rhythms of a late-stage growth company.
