What you will do

• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for the CEO.
• Oversee delivery across product, engineering, and operations workstreams to ensure milestone health.
• Translate CEO priorities into actionable workstreams across finance, marketing, legal, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain executive KPI dashboards and performance reviews.
• Coordinate fundraising logistics, investor materials, and regulatory compliance workstreams.
• Lead organizational optimization initiatives and strategic planning processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB), investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Russian fluency required; English fluency essential.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional programs from concept to delivery.
• MBA from a top-tier program preferred.

Nice to have

• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with VARA, MiCA, or comparable regulatory frameworks.
• Prior involvement in fundraising, due diligence, or M&A.
• Working knowledge of product development cycles.
