Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (3 days per week on-site). Candidates outside the NY/NJ area may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Salary: $216,000 - $270,000 USD (Tier 1 market)

What you will do

• Partner with the GM of Housing and functional leaders to define divisional priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans.
• Translate divisional goals into a clear operating system to enable strong cross-functional coordination and execution.
• Own and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives from problem definition through to the delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Distill progress into executive-facing monthly memos and facilitate strategic review meetings.
• Continuously improve processes and streamline collaboration to optimize how the division operates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or high-growth startups within Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff functions.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking skills with the ability to move fluidly from strategy to execution.
• Advanced quantitative skills, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of distilling complexity into clear narratives for executives.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY to meet on-site expectations.
