TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving new business through prospecting, deal and pipeline management, and closing for an AI-powered video security platform with an accent on strategic, creative lead generation and expert platform demonstrations. Focus on consistently achieving revenue targets and influencing the direction of a rapidly expanding early-stage company.

Location: Onsite in Lehi, USA

Salary: $110,000 – $210,000 USD (Base Salary + On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, maintaining, developing, and closing net new accounts.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and generate leads through strategic, creative prospecting.
  • Conduct heavy outreach via cold calls and email sequences targeting ICP accounts, crafting personalized messaging.
  • Become an expert on the hirify.global platform and independently deliver compelling demos to prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales in a quota-carrying role.
  • Successful track record of self-sourced, net new accounts.
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to creatively generate leads; SDR experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent skills in pricing negotiation and communicating product value to customers.
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment.
