TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers to drive net revenue growth with an accent on strategic account planning, executive relationship building, and expansion initiatives. Focus on identifying untapped opportunities, executing upsell/cross-sell strategies, and achieving NRR objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (USA). Travel approximately 25% to customer sites and industry events is required.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts with responsibility for retention, expansion, and net revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and expansion pathways.
  • Conduct account mapping to build multi-threaded relationships across departments and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive expansion strategy through proactive upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Success to maximize adoption, value realization, and expansion readiness.
  • Present business reviews, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying Account Management or SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in driving expansion revenue through account planning and renewal strategies.
  • Strong account mapping and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop and execute account growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Must be based in the USA and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
