What you will do
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Account Executive to create cohesive account plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support initiatives.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Serve as a primary problem-solver for customer challenges.
- Coach internal team members to enhance overall account management capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the Southeast region.
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in agriculture.
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field.
