What you will do

  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Account Executive to create cohesive account plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support initiatives.
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary problem-solver for customer challenges.
  • Coach internal team members to enhance overall account management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, with a preference for the Southeast region.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in agriculture.
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field.
