What you will do

• Build and expand a book of carrier partners through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach.
• Own daily freight execution to ensure customer shipments are covered, serviced, and tracked successfully.
• Develop trusted carrier relationships to drive reliability and platform adoption.
• Negotiate and apply market knowledge to optimize carrier utilization and economic outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Tracking, and Operations teams.
• Monitor shipments and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be located in the San Diego or Chicago area for hybrid work.
• 4+ years of carrier sales experience.
• Experience in brokerage, transportation, or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and revenue-related goals.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving instincts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
