What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Custom Distribution clients across QSR, Airlines, and Fast Casual segments as the primary day-to-day owner.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead weekly client and distributor calls to resolve issues, communicate pricing updates, and provide logistics support.
• Oversee key account implementation and renewal tasks, including new market rollouts and Limited Time Offer (LTO) launches.
• Collaborate with supply chain, pricing, and food safety teams to align execution with client objectives.
• Forecast sales volumes and deliver quarterly account update reports to the broader distribution team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales or account management experience in the produce industry.
• Experience developing business relationships with owners and decision-makers as a supplier or partner.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Tools.
• Must be located in Chicago, IL.
• Unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
• Availability to handle client needs outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis.
