What you will do
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure retention and generate additional revenue.
- Develop mutual-success account plans for top-tier customers.
- Manage a portfolio of renewals, negotiating price increases and multi-year contracts.
- Conduct quarterly value-based business reviews and cadence calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of sales or account management experience.
- Must be residing in Mexico.
- Highly effective professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
