What you will do
- Manage Expo Manufactura to deliver revenue and business targets, including gross margin goals and other quantitative/qualitative KPIs.
- Lead day-to-day sales performance for Sales Executives, driving new business development and strengthening customer retention.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives and strategies to capture key market segments and launch new market opportunities domestically and internationally.
- Plan and oversee the event end-to-end (audience, objectives, NPS/satisfaction/loyalty, and financial performance).
- Coordinate with marketing on promotional activities and monitor communications and PR programs (press releases, press conferences, networking, marketing collaterals, brand and community building).
- Ensure consistent use of the global sales process and CRM technology, coaching accurate tracking in Salesforce and reporting performance.
Requirements
- 5β7+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams and delivering or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and understand KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
- Strategic vision for long-term growth of brands and ability to define viable dates and venues based on market and competitors.
- Strong leadership of a diverse and multicultural sales team, building an effective sales culture.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
