What you will do

• Sell merchant services, managing activities from pricing and customer segmentation to account sign-up and activation.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with a typical annual net revenue value of $425,000 or more.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, marketing programs, and prospective client communications.
• Conduct online presentations and close additional product or service sales with existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records, call notes, and interactions within Salesforce.com.
• Mentor and coach less experienced sales representatives to improve team knowledge and achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and cold calling.
• Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly to resolve issues.
• Effective listening and communication skills for establishing long-term customer relationships.
