What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive deal strategy, pipeline conversion, and closing excellence for fully ramped sales representatives.
  • Manage team performance across both revenue attainment and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and proactively manage risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize pipeline flow.
  • Analyze performance data to continuously improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico City.
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading high-performing, quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proven track record of managing experienced Account Executives and driving consistent over-attainment.
  • Deep understanding of high-velocity, full-cycle sales environments and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
