Engineering Program Manager (CTOR) - ENT (Medtech)

TL;DR

Engineering Program Manager (Medtech): Leading global operations and supply chain for New Product Introduction (NPI) within the ENT operating unit with an accent on operational strategy and manufacturing readiness. Focus on driving value stream selection, risk mitigation, and the successful transition of medical technologies into commercial production.

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida (4 days a week). Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required.

Salary: $142,400 - $213,600

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality) through the NPI process to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and execute operational plans and strategies, including budget management and detailed schedule maintenance.
• Manage manufacturing and supply chain risk burn down and coordinate development builds across value streams.
• Drive decision-making for facility locations, make-buy analysis, and business continuity.
• Ensure operational compliance with Quality Systems, Design History Files, and Regulatory submissions.
• Facilitate launch build planning, capacity planning, and overall commercialization readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Experience leading complex projects involving risk management and diverse team influence.
• Proven track record in new product (NPI) or new process development and launch.

Nice to have

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Material Science, Chemical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working within the medical device or other highly regulated industries.
• Green or Black Belt in Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM).
