What you will do
- Act as the single point of accountability and Voice of the Customer for Tier 1 strategic accounts.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs and issue resolution across Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Proactively identify risks, manage customer escalations, and drive root cause analysis to protect delivery and quality.
- Prepare and deliver clear, credible executive-level communications, audits, and escalation briefings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management or customer operations within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 strategic customers in complex, high-expectation environments.
- Experience operating in regulated industries, preferably Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Semiconductor.
- Bachelor’s degree.
