What you will do

• Serve as the primary integration point between customers and internal teams from RFQ through production handoff.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality departments.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and supply chain risks during the quoting and launch phases.
• Develop and maintain milestone plans to ensure customer commitments align with operational capabilities.
• Partner with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, labor estimates, and manufacturing assumptions.
• Provide program visibility to leadership through status reporting and recurring cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes (IPC/WHMA-A-620).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience managing customer programs in aerospace or defense.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp, or manufacturing readiness reviews.
• Background in high-growth or startup manufacturing environments.
