What you will do

• Supervise shift team progress against production plans and ensure proper use of machinery and assembly lines.
• Coordinate staff movements to address vacations, illnesses, or shifting production priorities.
• Oversee shift orders and work plan execution to reinforce volume and on-time delivery.
• Lead the shift team in resolving technical, quality, and logistic issues.
• Cooperate with the unit supervisor to maintain an effective and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stryama, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP management systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and solve problems.
