What you will do

• Lead and mature the Deal Desk function as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
• Own the operating model for complex and non-standard deals to ensure consistency and speed.
• Define and implement intake standards, triage rules, and escalation paths to improve deal velocity.
• Coach and develop a high-performing operational team to act as trusted business advisors.
• Use data to diagnose friction points in the quote-to-cash process and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance revenue acceleration with pricing discipline.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Pricing.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience building or leading operational teams.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex B2B SaaS deal structures.
• Deep familiarity with quoting, approvals, contract structure, and the quote-to-cash process.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and commercial systems, with strong preference for CPQ experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
