TL;DR

Territory Manager (Medtech): Driving the acquisition and growth of the hirify.global EEG platform within hospital systems with an accent on partnership development across Emergency Departments, ICUs, and Neurology. Focus on managing complex hospital-based sales cycles, C-suite contract negotiation, and the development of clinical champions.

Location: Must be based in or cover San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland, Fresno, or San Jose

Compensation: $115,000 Base, $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What you will do

  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to unlock new partnerships and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account managers to develop a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
  • Sell into the C-Suite and negotiate complex contracts with hospital executives.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to their needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies.
  • Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated track record of success (ROI, Presidents Club, high sales rankings).
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and cover the assigned California territory.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong ability to integrate coaching and feedback.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage tasks independently.
