Salary: $230,000 OTE ($115,000 base + $115,000 variable)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, utilizing a mix of self-sourced outbound and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects using the MEDDPICC framework to identify key business needs.
- Perform online demos to align product features and solutions with specific customer problems.
- Collaborate with SDR and BDR teams to refine account targeting and prospecting strategies for key brands.
- Own and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline trends, realized revenue, and administrative commitments.
- Actively integrate AI tools into the sales workflow for prospecting, research, call preparation, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the Americas region.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Practical familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification framework.
- Experience actively incorporating AI tools into the sales and prospecting process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
