TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business through outbound and inbound lead generation for an automated communication platform with an accent on value-based selling and pipeline ownership. Location: Remote (Americas)

Salary: $230,000 OTE ($115,000 base + $115,000 variable)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, utilizing a mix of self-sourced outbound and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects using the MEDDPICC framework to identify key business needs.
  • Perform online demos to align product features and solutions with specific customer problems.
  • Collaborate with SDR and BDR teams to refine account targeting and prospecting strategies for key brands.
  • Own and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline trends, realized revenue, and administrative commitments.
  • Actively integrate AI tools into the sales workflow for prospecting, research, call preparation, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in the Americas region.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Practical familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification framework.
  • Experience actively incorporating AI tools into the sales and prospecting process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
