What you will do

• Own the global Microsoft alliance, building C-suite relationships across Fabric, Azure, and field leadership.
• Define and execute a multi-year joint GTM strategy to position the platform as the default transformation layer in Microsoft's ecosystem.
• Coordinate product integration milestones to embed dbt into Microsoft reference architectures and solution patterns.
• Establish a global enablement program for Microsoft specialists through labs, training, and joint delivery assets.
• Manage the co-sell playbook and Azure Marketplace execution, tracking MACC drawdown and attributed pipeline.
• Develop the global operating model, including annual business plans and internal review rigor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the cloud or data software industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex, global relationships with major tech organizations at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack and open data infrastructure.
• Ability to engage credibly at the C-suite level within global consulting and CSP organizations.
• Strong commercial instincts for qualifying and developing joint pipeline opportunities.
• Must be based in the US

• Familiarity with AI, agentic workflows, and the data governance landscape.
• Existing contacts and strong knowledge of CSP operating models.
