TL;DR

Partner Director, SI Partnerships (AI): Leading and scaling relationships with AWS-focused Systems Integrators to accelerate AI adoption and revenue growth with an accent on co-sell execution and joint solution strategy. Focus on building repeatable GTM motions, driving partner-attached revenue, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across AWS and hirify.global.

Location: Must be based in New York City or San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Salary: $266,000 – $380,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and scale relationships with AWS practice leaders, alliance managers, and delivery leadership across key SIs.
  • Own in-market operating relationships focusing on account mapping, joint pipeline development, and executive alignment.
  • Drive partner enablement on hirify.global positioning, technical capabilities, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to support strategic enterprise AI deployments.
  • Develop scalable sales plays, reference architectures, and GTM motions aligned to AWS infrastructure.
  • Manage co-sell execution and operational discipline via AWS ACE, Marketplace, and partner attribution workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in partnerships, cloud alliances, or ecosystem sales within SaaS, cloud, or AI.
  • Significant experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and large AWS cloud practices.
  • Deep familiarity with AWS co-sell motions, including ACE and Marketplace.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical fluency and cloud credibility to engage with architects and CTOs.
  • Ability to operate with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
