TL;DR

Alliance Manager (Microsoft): Managing and operationalizing the partnership between hirify.global and Microsoft with an accent on co-sell strategy and marketplace execution. Focus on driving pipeline through joint campaigns, enabling internal sales teams, and optimizing the Microsoft Partner Center workflow.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 USD OTE

hirify.global is an AI-powered Revenue AI Operating System that unifies data and workflows to help revenue teams close more deals with less effort.

What you will do

  • Execute joint campaigns, webinars, and events to generate new pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft co-sell, providing training and support to Account Executives.
  • Manage the Microsoft Partner Center, including the submission, tracking, and reporting of co-sell opportunities.
  • Track and report on partnership KPIs, marketplace revenue, and program ROI for leadership.
  • Own the day-to-day management of the Microsoft Marketplace, including private offer creation and deal registration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US cities (Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or San Francisco).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM for building reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills for enabling internal teams and building rapport with external partners.
  • Proven track record of proactive project management and execution.

  • Direct, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Marketplace and Co-sell program.
