What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
• Drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions
• Prior experience in a software or SaaS technology company
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP
