What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex customer engagements, providing technical guidance to implementation teams.

• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources with a focus on technical complexity.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for customers regarding technical delivery issues.
• Build trust with technical stakeholders by articulating Databricks’ vision and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven ability to make sound technical decisions and stay current on technology trends without being a hands-on coder.
• Experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating unexpected technical challenges.
• Expertise in managing trade-offs between project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence technical teams and tailor messages for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
