What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities and ownership.
• Build and manage the operating rhythm, including OKRs and leadership accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify potential gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent blockers.
• Own high-impact special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operator experience driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, or fintech.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work directly with founders and CEOs.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and professional writing skills.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
