Focus on designing strategic People initiatives, managing performance, and ensuring a healthy work environment through daily in-person collaboration.

Location: Must be based in New York City (daily office presence required)

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 / year

What you will do

• Partner with managers to implement effective HR policies and support operational objectives.
• Assess organizational development needs and recommend proactive solutions.
• Design and champion strategic initiatives in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
• Analyze HR data including compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision-making.
• Resolve employee relations issues with discretion and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and internal HR systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a people operations function.
• Must be able to work daily from the NYC office.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and performance management tools.
• Strong growth mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of exceptional academic achievement.
• Deep empathy and ability to build rapport in employee relations.
