What you will do

• Manage capital calls, audit/tax support, and prepare quarterly and annual financials.
• Facilitate Limited Partner communications and provide strategic support to clients.
• Deliver real-time portfolio data, including IRR, TVPI, and RVPI, to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and improve the Venture Capital product suite.
• Consult with clients to implement Fund Administration software, transitioning services into a software business model.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund Administration.
• Proven experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate timely and effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used).
