What you will do

• Deliver full-range fund accounting services, including NAV preparation, review, and investor record-keeping.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to facilitate smooth NAV completion.
• Review and approve fee schedules, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
• Oversee investor allocations, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distribution wires.
• Ensure compliance with AML requirements and regulatory reporting standards.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in the fund administration industry.
• At least 6 years of specific experience in a Private Equity role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and Limited Partners Agreements.
• 5+ years of experience using fund accounting software.
