Salary: $125,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds.
• Review fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) and operational questionnaires prior to launch.
• Oversee quarterly NAV issuance and partners’ capital account statements.
• Sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis and investor allocation files.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to drive process automation and efficiency.
• Ensure fund compliance with operating agreements and US GAAP standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 10-15 years of fund management accounting and operations experience with a focus on alternatives.
• Must be located in Salt Lake City, Utah for office-based work Monday through Thursday.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
