Compensation: $88,000 - $112,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee NAV review and preparation, including accruals, security pricing, and reconciliations.
• Manage capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.
• Review fee schedules, including management fees and complex waterfall calculations.
• Ensure investor allocations and capital transactions are processed accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to meet service level agreements.
• Assist with audited financial statements and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Tampa, FL.
• At least 3 years of experience in fund administration, with at least 2 years specifically in private equity.
• Strong knowledge of private equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
• Experience with private equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
• Proven ability to review Limited Partnership Agreements and Offering Memorandums.
• Demonstrated supervisory, coaching, or mentoring experience.
