TL;DR
Talent Brand Manager (HR/Branding): Building and owning the employer brand from the ground up to attract top talent for autonomous factories in aerospace and defense with an accent on Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and content strategy. Focus on optimizing the candidate journey and scaling talent acquisition through strategic brand positioning.
Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Define and own the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and the overall talent brand roadmap.
- Create compelling content for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and the careers site to showcase company culture.
- Audit and improve the end-to-end candidate journey, from first impression to offer.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Launch employee advocacy programs and build nurture programs for passive candidates.
- Establish a metrics framework to track brand awareness, candidate NPS, and content performance.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in branding, talent marketing, or a blend of recruiting and content.
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Series B-D) building employment brand strategy from scratch.
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or ITAR eligibility is required.
- Strong ability to create content across various digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on goal tracking and iteration.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Recruiting, Marketing, and senior leadership.
