What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to final offer.
• Drive hiring excellence across Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define candidate profiles and align on hiring strategies.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies and market mapping to engage top-tier passive talent.
• Integrate employer branding initiatives to ensure a seamless and memorable candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity and process efficiency within the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-volume or specialized tracks.
• Background in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments is essential.
• Proven experience in headhunting or executive search is preferred.
• Strong understanding of diverse business functions and GTM roles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in New York City for this on-site role.
