Salary: $115,000 – $168,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and establish best practices.
• Develop structured hiring processes to assess and attract mission-aligned candidates.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies via targeted campaigns, industry networking, and non-traditional channels.
• Represent the company at networking and industry events to strengthen the employer brand.
• Implement process improvements using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing niche, passive talent across varied disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit for roles ranging from early-career to senior technical and corporate leadership.
• Must work 100% onsite at the El Segundo HQ.
