TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of safe, frontier AI systems by securing strategic deals with top enterprises with an accent on consultative sales and revenue growth. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, expanding market segments, and helping customers embed LLM capabilities into their business.

Location: Hybrid in Ontario, Canada (minimum 25% office presence required)

Salary: $325,000 - $405,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to launch, driving revenue growth.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue quotas by analyzing market trends.
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and high-potential use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine value propositions.
  • Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs.
  • Optimize sales productivity by developing and refining playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic enterprise deals.
  • Experience negotiating highly complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems and build consensus across all levels (IC to C-level).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Ontario, Canada.
