What you will do
- Operationalize the AI and automation enablement strategy across Global Client Services to ensure scalable adoption.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by analyzing performance gaps and identifying unique team challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored enablement solutions that align with business priorities.
- Co-build bespoke enablement content in partnership with global and regional teams.
- Drive the full cycle of GTM enablement launches, from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs for maximum value.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- Proven experience in revenue enablement with at least 5 years leading initiatives.
- Strong knowledge and adoption of AI tools and strategies.
- Track record of designing and delivering world-class training programs that drive measurable results.
- Experience with selling or enabling programmatic or martech solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the Director level and above.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of enablement platforms such as Articulate Rise, Easy Generator, Gong, or HighSpot.
