Compensation: $140,200 – $184,100

What you will do

  • Own and drive professional services revenue across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Build and expand a high-quality services pipeline by identifying and advancing transformation opportunities.
  • Lead services sales engagements, positioning advisory, implementation, and optimization offerings.
  • Design and deliver outcome-based proposals demonstrating ROI through automation, analytics, and AI-driven CX.
  • Partner with account executives and delivery leaders to align account strategy and accelerate deal progression.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on transformation roadmaps, AI adoption, and governance models.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud software sales with professional services sales motions.
  • Proven track record of owning and closing services-led revenue in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting on-premises to cloud transformation and migration programs.
  • Strong background in CCaaS, CX, or related enterprise software domains.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven platforms, automation technologies, or advanced analytics.
  • Established relationships within major Canadian telecommunications providers and financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand revenue within existing accounts.
