What you will do

• Review and verify customer identities, organizations, and ownership structures to ensure legitimacy.
• Investigate high-risk accounts involving fraud, impersonation, shell companies, and abuse of API or ChatGPT access.
• Manage complex, high-visibility integrity cases as the primary case owner, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Sales.
• Design and improve verification workflows, fraud detection, and risk-scoring systems.
• Analyze data to uncover abuse trends and provide feedback to Product and Engineering for better access controls.
• Create clear playbooks and guidance for frontline teams handling high-risk accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in verifications, fraud, trust & safety, or risk investigations.
• Proven ability to make high-impact decisions regarding platform access and restrictions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Comfort and resilience in reviewing sensitive, confidential, or disturbing content.
• Must be based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland to support a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
